Lilcelia "CeCe" Williams is a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Occupational Therapy. She is a clinically-trained radiation therapy technical specialist, with 25 years of health care experience as a provider, manager and patient advocate. Williams earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University, her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management degree from Western Governors University and her Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Management and Leadership degree from Robert Morris University. Williams' research is driven by her passion for eradicating the health care disparities and inequities experienced by historically marginalized and underrepresented populations, as well as striving to improve patient outcomes.
